LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT . Train from airport and the hotel was just across road. Room was lovely large very clean and modern. Bed very comfortable .

Across from train station which also contains a huge, 3 level shopping mall. Public transportation also right outside door. Staff very friendly and rooms are excellent

Excellent and comfortable stay

Location was convenient next to the station and near the old town. The breakfast in offer was excellent. We took a breakfast box for an early tour one morning and the portions and quality were generous. The hotel also offered harder pillows as we found the ones in the room too soft. Free tea and coffee in the reception area was also a great extra.

Best stay next to Krakow main station!

It is a very nice and modern hotel right across the railway station of Krakow, with a very big shopping mall next to it.. lovely and comfortable rooms and very kind staff.. the best thing was that they have a baggage room where they can keep your baggage safely for the whole day after you check out for no additional cost. Great value for money!

- The room had everything you could need for a home base while exploring Krakow and the nearby areas - Room service cleaned the room daily - The staff were great and super accommodating from my initial communication until I checked out. I even arrived an hour early, and when i asked for luggage storage, they told me that i could check in to my room instead since it was ready. - Location just across the street from the train station and like 5-10 minutes on foot from the barbican in the old town. - Hotel has a restaurant and a bar that work late in case you want something. Also room ordering available. - Everything can be controlled by an ipad which made many things easier.

- The shower wall was too small it was easy to spray water outside of the shower area by mistake which was annoying. - the temperature control seems to not make a difference? I lowered the temperature to almost cold and still it felt very hot while sleeping, especially that the duvet is a bit heavy. This was remedied by opening a window for a short while though.
