Best resort i've stayed at in 13 years of travelling.

What went well? Everything! Customer service was just exceptional, room was spacious, breakfast was the best I've had at a resort, spa on site had a lovely interior and experienced therapists. The best bit about the resort was the landscaping. It brought peace and comfort. You could tell there was a lot of thought and they got it spot on. I was really pleased and wish I had just stayed there. I went on to stay in Nusa Dua and Dubai after and it just wasn't the same as Puri Sebali.

Just a few more coat hangers in the room, but that's me being fussy..

Great rice terrace views from all over the resort

Staff were really friendly from the moment we arrived. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Royal Villa which was icing on the cake of an already very nice resort. The private pool and the room was great, but even if you don't get that the public pool is top shelf. The centre of Ubud is walking distance away if you're willing to go on a bit of an adventure along a ridge walk (paved). If not, there is a shuttle for you (must pre-book). Breakfast choice and food was also excellent. The Indonesian Breakfast with Vegetable Mie Goreng may have spoiled breakfast for me forever, and is all I can eat now...

Very nice experience here.

Located within some rice terrace, not the easiest place to find. View was lovely. Space of the 3 bedroom villa was amazing. The pool was small but very lovely. Free scheduled shuttle to town was very nice to have. All the staff at the property were very nice.

To be fair - nothing they can control. The swamp of insects just before the evening rain can be a bit uncomfortable for city dwelling folks.

Puri Sebali is the Hotel we chose to spend our first week in Bali, this hotel is located about 15 to 20 min from Ubud Center. Place is very quite, rooms are big and confortable, and the pool area is also super nice and with a beautiful view to the rice fields. All Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant located in the hotel where we ate a few times. There is a free shuttle bus to Ubud which is quite convinient for guests. We recommend as well to do the Hotel free morning walk through the rice fields, way more interesting than visiting Ceking rice fileds in our humble opinion. We really enjoyed to stay here and we would like to come back one day. Thank to all staff, Suka, Krishna, Eri and all the other lovely people we meet and that made our stay here unforgettable.

Amazing place and we absolutely love this hotel! It was sad to leave.

The views from the room are amazing! Super tranquil. The staffs are all very friendly and hospitable. We love the free activities for guests like rice terrace trekking, yoga class.

The frogs were all out croaking on a night when it rained and it croaked the entire night, it was hard to sleep.

An absolute gem

We stayed at the Puri Bali resort for three nights. The place is great for relaxing and enjoying peace and serenity. It wasnt too busy and other patrons were fairly quiet and respectful of each others space. The staff from the moment you arrive are incredibly friendly and welcoming and you feel really special. If youre looking for a special setting for relaxation and pampering, this is the place to go, its really really wonderful!

The room was a little warm, but we slept fine with the fan and aircon combo.
