Absolutely WONDERFUL

Exceptional staff! So very kind and helpful, patient with my 4 children and went out of their way time and time again to help with anything we needed. Beautiful rooms! Great Kai, ordered room service for breakfast the day we left and the service was fantastic and the food was so yum!

We didnt want to leave!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. The facilities were to a high standard with a very comfortable bed and lots of small inclusions with our room. Breakfast was included with our stay which was very tasty. Would have no doubt in staying here again.

I will return but I will avoid eating at the restaurant. Pity because the decor is good.

The staff and managers were very courteous, helpful and professional. Special mention to Ian the manager and Matt in the restaurant.

A la carte breakfast. The omelette was bland and poorly cooked. Served on plain white sliced bread.. Omelettes should be fluffy and not cooked as per a frittata. Coffee were hit and miss. We went outside to a cafe for breakfast on the second day. However the staff were very friendly.

For a one-night stay this hotel would be one I would consider staying at again. Excellent quality.

Check in was smooth fast and efficient, room was very high quality and room service late night menu was slightly lacking in variety although the quality was excellent.

More options for the late night room service menu. While the quality was excellent the number of options was limited as compared to the regular room service menu.
