The Pullman was exceptional! The location is wonderful on the gorgeous beach of Nai Thon. The staff were lovely. The food was next level amazing, the spa was perfect too!

The property is good and clean, great food but bad and unprofessional customer service. I wasnt informed that the room is non-smoking and when checking out I was charged a fine of TBH 6,000 by Bow who is the manager. Even though Ive been to multiple resorts this has only occurred here. They put an ashtray in the balcony which indicates that its a smoking room and then claimed there were signs that smoking isnt allowed. Theres no regard of the guests satisfaction by the manager which seems to only care about collecting the money.

- location is good as we wanted a hotel near the airport - you can walk to the beach near the hotel and swim there - breakfast was good and the Italian restaurant - the staff were very helpful

- you cant walk to your room as the hotel is in a hill, you have to ask for a car to get to the lobby - there was a bad smell in the room

Suitable for a lazy vacation. But could be better for that price.

Quiet, nice scenery and view. Very nice beach.

Not enough deckchairs at the swimming pool. Long waiting for the service at swimming pool. No sunbeds at the beach. And hotel refused to arrange romantic dinner at beach on sun set. Missed business opportunity in my opinion.
