Disappointing

Breakfast, gym and pool facilities are ok.

The rooms were not clean, cigarette but on the floor in a non-smoking room. Hairs on the pillows and on bed.

Nice stay. Clean and great location.

From the time we arrived we felt welcome. The check in experience was easy and our bags were in the room by the time we could complete checkin. Very quick. The staff were friendly and helped us with directions to the parking area. The rooms were clean and made up every day. Room service was quick and this was even during the holiday period. Quite and location wise couldn't be better. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all within walking distance.

The view was atrocious. We could only see a multi-level parking from our windows. We had to have the blinds closed the whole time so much so that we wanted to get out of the room more than anything. Wouldn't have been a problem for a night or two but after a couple of nights it was beyond bearable. The gym is also relatively small but workable.

yes just one thing when I book through booking.com breakfast was included and when checked out it was not so paid extra booking.com and Pullman hotel need to make sure breakfast include or not needed to be mentioned block letter, otherwise people get confused

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff! Very friendly.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. Knowledgeable of the area and very helpful. The rooms were clean and room service was excellent. Best concierge Ive ever experienced!

Marred by a couple of small issues.

It waas very convenient for what we needed to do and see.

A bit disappointed as having to pay $6 for a bottle of water if I wanted one - most of the other Hotels we have stayed in the City supply this gratis!! Suffice to say, we didn't have one! Furthermore, when we came to pay, a $50 Surcharge had been added to our account, possibly for parking - we deliberately came by bus to save having to drive & park! Thankfully this was removed. The receptionist then said perhaps the $50 was for a room upgrade - NOT SO - we had the room that we had booked via Booking.com. This was removed, but was not what I was expecting!
