Very good

It was ok, staff were all very nice and accomodating.

Close to everything, shopping, restaurants and easy access as to where i want to go.

Small shower, not enough closet space. No air condition in the elevators.

A merry place to stay on christmas season

I like the bed very spacious, exhaust fan of bathroom keeping it odorless, shower with hot water, approachable personnel

Generally, it was good. We enjoyed our stay in Privato and would again come back.

We booked four rooms and all were great until one room had an aircon problem. But they were moved to another room asap. Thanks

Superb

A very comfortable visit for a Balikbayan

STAFF: 24hr reception team ensured that all your queries are met despite that many times, the lobby was busy, the team still accommodated everyone. BED: Very comfortable and linens are clean ROOM: I requested a double queen room and it was rather spacious. LOCATION: Walking distance to Capital commons and Estancia Mall. PARKING: Even on a busy week, we manage to always have a parking spot.

- Not a big thing, but I wish there is a chair by the desk inside the room for so when needed to work. - There is a bit of water leak by the toilet, but did not really affected my experience.

Disappointing

Previous reviews do not match what I had experienced.

Location was closed to a good shopping mall. The security guards were very helpful and accommodating. A big thank you to Ricardo and Raymond for their assistance during our long stay. They are both an asset to your organization and their efforts should be recognized and rewarded. Glad that the elevators were working. The room had a secured safe. The housekeeping attend to our needs immediately when requested. The housekeeping staff were courteous.

It would have been better for the front desk reception staffs during check-in to be more attentive, friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, this behavior went on for the whole stay and no eye contact when you pass the reception desk. A smile would also provide customer with satisfaction. When customer approach the front desk they will not acknowledge your presence until you abruptly interrupt them. The rooms and the corridors were not soundproof as you can hear loud noises from the traffic and adjacent rooms. The room was quite small and no provision for a table to have a meal. The toilet had a distinctive horrible bad smell. The hot water was not hot enough for a nice shower and the water pressure was too low. The bed sheets, bath towels and pillowcases all have stains and coloured brown and yellowish. We have to ask for a pure white towel several times and had our bed sheets replaced upon check-in. If the package deal was refundable, I would have checkout on the same day after checking in. It was really disappointing considering the previous reviews that I have read prior to booking this hotel.
