The property is exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. We stayed 2 nights in kids club and 3 nights at beachfront. Kids club is amazing for families with kids but we wanted to be close to the beach so moved later and where super happy. There is also another pool and kids club near the beach. Rooms were updated and clean, everything was perfect. La carte restaurants require advance booking with online application, the guest service was very helpful to squeeze us in last minute. The food is good but the Christmas feast for a different level, that was a big celebration and you just name it, everything was there beautifully crafted.

Nothing about the property, ppl are working super hard from early morning to keep everything clean. The only thing I would recommend to replace the service trucks by electric cars to avoid the fuel smells in the beautiful resort.

Exceptional

Customer service and ambience here were 10/10. I highly recommend for a family vacation!

The property had everything we needed. We didnt have to leave the resort. Everything was very clean and our kids loved the buffets. The employees were so kind and helpful.

The kids water play ground was out of service the day we planned to use it.

Good for the kids. Far from the beach.

Awesome for the kids. Good renewed rooms.

Room was dirty when we checked in. Lots of hairs all over the place. We had to complain to get the room cleaned properly.

I like that the room was spacious and clean

The kids pool and Common pool were not well cleaned. I could Not get a reservation at any speciality dining. Food quality has decreased over the years

Family had fun at our stay ,but i feel would it be much better .

The staff who welcome us at the lobby i wish i could it remember hes name ; but the dominican guy was great he did our check-in ..he was really courteous and happy. the breakfast ladys her name was jany and her work partner those ladys were awesome . the pools were good and the beaches ;) , love the pub karaoke ;)

i didnt not like the first day reservation of restaurant, the check in its @3pm & the restaurant dinner reservation closed at 3pm . didnt like the system on how the first night we couldnt reserved dinner. and end it up at the buffet (the food was great tho @ the restaurant ). they also need to work ASAP on the transportation that took for ever , they need more consistent on transportation: there were full & took for EVER! and lastly the rooms refrigerator were we stay wasnt working : any welcome stock supply were HOT; including water , juice, soda ,milk we couldnt drink anything . they need to fix those small room refrigerator or get new one . ooh and please fix the pub game machine kids can barely play there . those game needs to be repair & maintenance.

Was a nice hotel, love the grounds, give it a 3.5 over all.

Was a nice experience, food was hit or Miss buffet was same thing everyday for breakfast and lunch . Room was spacious and we loved it. Staff were ok but if ur not careful they will be looking for tips all the time front desk had some hustlers but thats for another review.
