Amazingly perfect

The hotel is amazing with everything. The location is at the heart of Stockholm. Definitely, recommended. The breakfast is amazing and as a Turkish citizen, my breakfast expectations are high and it's sufficiently good. Just because of breakfast and location the Haymarket will be our next visit location as well. In addition, the entire communication is perfect at the hotel. From cleaning to smiling everything is great.

There is nothing serious, but would be happy to have someplace to smoke rather than just outdoor. It's just a suggestion, not an issue.

Lovely staff - would stay again.

Staff were fantastic - especially the front office girls who were great. Room was very spacious and comfy and the lighting was great. Would come back again.

The location was really good, but the room was quite loud at night with out guests.

Good location, type of music in the bar areas, breakfast, style

Large room really should have more wardrobe space to hang clothes or drawers to put away (there is nothing in the room). Disappointing for a longer stay and supposedly better hotel.

2nd room.

The initial room 440 was directly opposite an office building with floor to ceiling windows and no window coverings, phone didn't work and AC was malfunctioning. The main restaurant was shut for our entire visit.

Very beautiful hotel in best location.

This is my favorite hotel in Stockholm, the atmosphere, the furniture, the old style music when you enter, the location, all super. The staff was so friendly, maybe the christmas atmosphere helped, they helped in every way. The room was just beautiful with a view over Htorget. You have everything close by, restaurants, communication, shops.

I would really appreciate a nespresso machine in the room, as most hotels on this level have.
