Our family had a fantastic time!

Great location, very helpful and professional staff at guest services (Merci Emelie :-)), great diving school onsite, caring housekeeping (Merci Cindy :-) ) large buffet for x-mas and new years eve.

Slightly disappointed and not as good as when I stayed there 2 years ago

Location very good, comfort and size of bedroom, cleanliness good.

Buffet food very limited compared to another cheaper resort I stayed at and not as good quality. Most staff not very attentive, only a few.

Beautiful hotel that is good value for money

Beautiful location and facilities! Room was just perfect. Excellent food & service from 1808 beach restaurant, special mention to Owen who os probably the best waiter we have ever come across

Staff service needs to be improved and the food buffet. It was a daunting task trying to speak to reception and the F&B concierge. It would have also been helpful to get all the information about the hotel during check in as we had no idea about the services, facilities etc and they seemed to be annoyed when we asked

Decent for families but not for couples

Its a beautiful property and the beach is gorgeous

Food is overpriced and staff dont seem to communicate with each other. We always had different things being told to us about restaurants and activities. It is also very kid friendly and very loud in the pool area, so not ideal for couples.

The staff were very helpful, professional, specifically Nuvin was so supportive and caring, I felt like I'm the only one who was staying in the resort! The room was well furnished, designed, decorated. The water was strong. The toilet provided with bidet which is basic thing for eastern people. The food was delicious, the people who are working there they were very active to help guests enjoying their meal. I forgot my mobile phone on the table while leaving the restaurant, they brought it to me! Which indicates how very good people they are. The beach was so clean. Seems to me this resort got excellent management and competent employees. Thank you all guys for the wonderful exceperiance

Very poor

Could be good, but many unfriendly experiences with staff

- The island itself is very beautifully situated and has its own beach. - The bar is well designed and the drinks were really good. - Restaurant 1810 is the place to go for dinner. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the lobster and seafood platters were really great. I would highly recommend going there if you are staying at the resort. - Unfortunately, we cannot say much more positive about the resort itself, except that it has the potential to be good.

- The staff at reception, the buffet restaurant and the mosaic restaurant are terrible. They range from unfriendly to unwilling to work. The tables in the two main restaurants are very poorly cleaned and the food was bad. The check-in receptionist left us alone during check-in and simply didn't come back. So we had to ask for our room again and the other receptionists didn't seem to care. We weren't given much information about the hotel and procedures and had to keep asking for information about breakfast and dinner. - The housekeeping staff are very friendly but I doubt they really know how to clean a room. It was sandy and there was a lot of dust on the sides of our beds. Not a bad thing, but noticeable. - The pool looks good but is also very dirty and thin.
