Great place overall, nice beach, good facilities, etc. Highlight: the staff always ready to go above and beyond to make us fell taken care of.

The place was undergoing renovations, and we were never informed about this: not before booking, not while booking, not when checking in. We just found out through noise and closed-off areas.

We absolutely LOVED Tony the driver. He was so kind and fun to talk to. The facilities were good and our room was comfortable. The staff followed up on an questions or requests we had to ensure we were sorted. They do their best to make guests comfortable!

Our least favorite part about our stay were the other guests. Lots of very loud and very entitled folks not paying much attention to their surroundings. Had some a very large and very loud family in the villa next to us with kids up and screaming from 6am to after dark (security handled it when we called). Also observed some pretty terrible treatment of the service staff which was just disgusting. Wish there was something the resort could do for its staff! Small gripes: The TVs offer no apps so you have to watch one of just a few crappy cable shows. Reception and checkin were an absolute cluster.
