It was good, very cosy but also a very stressful place to stay over Christmas when youd rather prefer to relax for once

The property was very modern and cosy, had all the facilities we were looking for! And lovely tall windows and ceilings

Upon arrival we found fish and glass in our freezer as well as a large wine stain on the carpets in bedroom, after two days in this apartment our bathroom light started pouring with water and we had to be moved late on Christmas Eve

Fabulous stay in very comfortable flats, in a great location!

Initially we had an issue with a "beeping" smoke alarm, windows which wouldn't close and a sewage smell from the ensuite toilet. Within 30 minutes a maintenance guy arrived and sorted all 3 problems - he was great! Fabulous location and great spacious, well spec'ed flats.

We could get the underfloor heating to work in the living room of one of the 2 flats.

Theres an app with email code to unlock the doors, needed a few phone calls to get this working for 3 people, worked fine once set up for our stay

I had a great stay at the Premier Suites and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and contained all the essential ammenities I could have wanted. The bed was very comfortable. The area was excellent, right in the middle of Glasgow, so restaurants and shops were within a short walking distance.

The view from the window was a construction site, though I realise that this was outwith the control of the hotel.

All was good except the paid parking was a failure.

Room was clean and nice, located in a convenient location with plenty of eatery.

Response from the app regarding incidents was not well attended other than the 1st day of washer issue and room changed promptly. Following the change, our paid carpark barrier was inoperable using the card and/or the virtual key, and was unresolved till date of checkout, a fair disappointment. The physical card key also failed to work and fortunately we relied on the virtual key for room and property access, same this was reflected but unresolved till checkout.
