Really dirty hotel. Will not be back

The only good thing was the friendliness and helpful reception staff

Aircon is old and noisy. Carpets and curtains are DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Fittings in bathroom is grubby. Furniture is chipped and sticky. Pool stairs and railings look like it has not been cleaned in MONTHS. Passage to basement is dirty. Basement stinks. The room was not even vacuumed in the 6 nights we were there.

Nice location with a nice view.

Room was small and a little dated for instance the air conditioning didnt work well and made a lot of noise.

Not value for money. I wouldnt recommend them

The location is good.

The staff members are unprofessional, unfriendly and the rooms have little facilities i.e. cutlery etc. Room service is poor and unnecessarily expensive at R50. They refused to allow UberEats to deliver my order to my room, due to prior negative incidents.

Lighting in the room & bathroom was not good TV reception & channels were terrible - despite asking for this to be fixed it was not done Bedside lights not working - asked to be fixed was not done Aircon sounded like an aeroplane taking off
