The location of the hotel is truly amazing with spectacular view and fantastic pool. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating throughout our stay.

The bath towels and outdoor sun lounge cushions were not very clean and like a 4-5 star hotel. There are lizards and geckos in and around the rooms, which is typical for Bali and its natural environment, I dont recommend it for those who are scared of these amusing creatures :)

I would never come here again.

The food was good! the restaurant served good food! although the bar had limited choices of drinks.. The pool was nice and the massage was nice only if you paid..

I would never come back here. I'm glad to have only stayed two nights. they wanted us to move houses every night. The staff if very poorly trained. the room was disgusting with other people's hair left on the shower walls and very low light. The staff tried to enter the room 2 times during our stay while we said no. all in all not a romantic experience

I would absolutely stay here again, the artist village felt like we were well in the style of how the people in Ubud liv

The rooms were beautiful Balinese style. The gardens were magical and the staff absolutely lovely.

We were hoping to have traditional Indonesian food and it was a bit westernised. Cocktails need a bit of work

Amazing, best stay that we had on our trip to Bali

The entire facility was absolutely amazing! Even the standard room exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities to do, and a free shuttle into Ubud was available every two hours. The food and breakfast were also fantastic, with a four-course breakfast that we highly recommend, and the nasi goreng for dinner was especially delicious.

Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming. Nice complimentary activities and good spa services.

Light in the room was very dim..not sufficient lighting, not enough plugpoints, lot of noise of the cupboard when walking on the floor of the room, and the bathroom had open spaces which led the insects and lizards come inside. Not proper cleaning of the pool and the floors because lot of flies and ants all over. One of the staff was not cooperative and well behaved as he was not willing to get the food to the room as it was raining and we ordered from outside.

Fantastic Stay!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable located in a quiet, jungle setting. The breakfast should not be missed - up there with the best breakfast weve had at a hotel with a 4 course continental or cooked. Evening food also incredible. Free shuttle into Ubud centre at set times. Amazing stay, we would defo stay again!

Nothing really - very minor but an evening shuttle would've been great as the last one comes back at 6.20pm (although a taxi is cheap and easy to get). Staff were very helpful in organising us a boat over to Gili islands, although they book through Somaya One which we wouldnt recommend.
