Disappointing

The view from the top of the resort and shuttles into town or the beach

Food was basic at best, microwave used far too much for our liking. Breakfast was amongst worst I've experienced. Water park was dated and a lot out of order. Paint chipped on slides liable to cut. Facilities in room were basic as well. But comfortable for most part. The toilet handle did not work and staff acknowledged this but laughed it off with no effort to fix. For the price we just expected an awful lot more.

I liked the shuttle bus drivers they were friendly and helpful

The bathroom smelt disgusting we asked for a superior sea view room and couldnt see the sea,the reception staff were rude and unhelpful,you had to ask them something about three times before it was done,I stood at reception for about 5 minutes before any of the three staff acknowledged me,its not what it looks like on booking.com there is a big man man made lake sort of thing with black plastic lining which is not pretty to the eyes which they dont show in their photos

Lovely apartments shame about the staff

The apartments were very spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff had poor English and generally didnt understand what was being said. We didnt get an aircon remote, had asked repeatedly to get one. 2nd villa booked for our children tv didnt work and was not the correct room poolside instead of ocean view, no explanation given. Also tried to tell us we didnt have breakfast for children, then caved in when I showed them the booking. No power for an afternoon. Receptionist got nasty when I asked her to waive the shuttle bus fee for all the trouble we had, called manager and what do you know caved in again.

Dont stay here, slow staff and rude out of hours drivers. Stay at andaman or something much nicer and easy access to tr

Modern, looked after

Rude staff, its on a mountain and when its dark theres almost no way of finding a way back. So there is an out of hours number and they can pick you up in a jeep, we called that and they said good luck, laughed at us and hung up. Ended up having to go through the forest.

The staff is very very friendly. The children liked it and had fun. From the restaurant you have a great view of Maya Bay, the transfer to Long Beach and Phiphi town is also special, it is very well organized. We thank you for your time and would come back at any time

Superb

Great room and view, would recommend!

- Really friendly staff - see view - free upgraded room! - free shuttle service to the town or the beach -(so useful!) you wouldnt be able to walk to either without using the shuttle service - big spacious room and balcony and bathroom! So much room and so clean and tidy.

- wasnt made aware that the taxi boat service was available from the pier when we arrived so had to pay and got a little lost finding the hotel - be aware that by the beach the taxi boats can scam you! Be very clear and show them on a map exactly where you want to go and the price! (We asked to go to monkey beach and they overcharged us and took us to monkey bay which was opposite)
