Hotel Pondok Santi Estate on Gili Air Islands is a beautiful estate with excellent staff, service, and amenities. The villas, though slightly mildewy due to the humid climate, are clean and comfortable. The breakfast overlooking the beach is a great way to start the day, and the food offered is delicious with a generous spread. The large pool and friendly pool bar staff are great, and the option for a seafood dinner is highly recommended. The free bike rentals and beachfront location are convenient and enjoyable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Fantastic, cant wait to visit again

The staff were excellent, the food incredible and the location amazing.

The outdoor showers, when it is windy they do you provide any privacy.

Pricey but exclusive

(1) The staff - very nice and helpful, especially those in charge of the pool bar, of the beach breakfast service, and the massage (the massage ladies are wonderful). (2) The food - ALL dishes are deliciously prepared and served (and are big!). No need to go anywhere else for lunch or dinner. (3) The room - large, clean, and spacious, with the bathroom outside in the typical Balinese style (the aloe vera dispenser is just WONDERFUL). (4) The pool - nice and clean, with a bar very well stocked and served. (5) The breakfast by the beach - exclusive and with a wonderful view.

(1) The telephone number provided by the hotel to Booking.com is wrong. It should be updated. (2) Customers should be advised by the hotel IN ADVANCE on how to get there - boat companies, horse carts, etc. The hotel should provide a complimentary pickup service for its customers at the Gili harbour. (3) Customers should be given a better explanation of how the la carte breakfast is prepared and served. They should be informed by the that they may have a second coffee if so they want to.

Recommended, looks like the best stay option in Gili T.

Breakfast by the beach, nice pool bar, the food (dinner) was delicious! Friendly staff. Nice garden, with chill vibes. We could see partly the sunset from the room.

The phone in the room rang at 5am, some error I guess but wasn't pleasant to wake up because of the beeping sound.

Friendly staff, amazing location and accommodation. Cocktails and restaurant were spot on. Snorkelling is sublime

Location and staff and how quite it is

All the dead flies in our room in the corner was bad. Probably around 50 of them. Shows not cleaned properly. Most surprising. Pool closed for maintenance and it was very hot weather so that was disappointing

Amazing Hotel

My husband and I had a great time at Pondok Santi Estate. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The location is also very good. We will be back for sure.
