Other than the rude security guard our stay was your ok.

Very secure and clean

Having 1 access card yet we were a team of 6, the security guard was very rude to us that includes insulting us.

The only thing that worked for me was the location and it really felt safe. Everything else

The location is great, safe and peaceful

There were cockroaches, masters bedroom bed was uncomfortable with dirty linen. The flushing cistern was not working in the masters bedroom. Dirty iron, no hairdryer. There was extreme noise from a generator and the kids had a tough time sleeping

Amazing staff

The staff is amazing, and the fact that they all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. All our complaints were attended to with urgency.

Cockroaches... I think the best solution is to lock down the entire building and fumigate. Honestly, this place is easily a 9 or 10. If they can get rid of cockroaches and repaint the unit. The cockroaches made the stay very uncomfortable for us, but the staff tried to spring clean and disinfect even though it was a holiday. The efforts were unfortunately in vain.

Braai mate had challenges, though I must staff or maintenance guy did his best, but the braai stove needs to be serviced or changed
