Exceptional

Bijou and contemporary comfort.

Contemporary design throughout with some quirky touches. Friendly, caring staff, comfy bed and good location. Spotlessly clean and delicious, varied breakfast choices.

Initially, our room felt rather small but, once used to it, we realised small is beautiful and the only thing we missed was a kettle and tea making facilities.

Lovely, cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities and convenient location!

A very lovely hotel, the interior design is nice and the staff are incredibly friendly & helpful. The rooms are cozy, the bathrooms are really nice, the options on the TV are great, really happy they had the chromecast option to be able to use all my streaming services from my phone or ipad. The lighting controls and room temperature controls are very handy. The location itself is fantastic, walkable distance to Edinburgh Castle, the old town and princes st. Very convenient.

Rooms could be slightly bigger but it isn't a deal breaker, as it was still very cozy. Main thing I feel was missing is a kettle and cups in the room like I see in most hotels, as a tea lover! But again, not a huge deal breaker.

Fancy lighting system more style over substance, very cold floor no comp slipper, no kettle, attempted to use the ironing room on 2 floors neither iron worked.
