Very good

It is very near with the bus terminal. It is a very good deal if you arrived at chiangmai early in the morning and want a quick shower before go around chiangmai city

Sorry for the late review, I stayed in Poi de Ping during 2 weeks in November because I was doing a Thai masssage course at Sunshine school massage. It was perfect ! I had the all floor for myself, my own fridge, own bathroom and the room was spacious. The owner were super nice they came to clean my room every two days, they let me use their kitchen supplies with my food deliveries, they're also lovely animals in the hotel.

The hotel is situated very close to a busy road I had to sleep with my earplugs everynight, the hotel is a little bit out of the city center so no much restaurants to eat during night order than that it was very conveniant for me to get to the massage school ! :)

Good value for money

Good value for money, very close to the bus station. Very friendly people here, drinking water refill was available by a jug, hot water, tea and coffee available downstairs for free. Our room was good, comfortable , not luxury but perfect for a stopover, everything worked. Small balcony, comfortable bed. Everything was clean, hot water shower.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Very convenient for the bus to Pai and the train station too.

Its a little far out of town if you want to see any of Chiang Mai you need to take a taxi.

Great place to stay near Bus station in Chaing Mai.

I needed a place to stay before I took a long ride back home on the bus. I met the owner who spoke English as well as Thai. He was very accommodating. He even took the time when it was time for me to go walk to the bus station to come outside and show me the directions to go.

Right next to the bus station which is what we wanted (5mins walk around the corner). This was for an overnight stay to transfer. You can get a songthaew(roaddeng) into the city for 50 baht from the station which is also convenient. Room was spotless and bathroom was good.

Road noise from thin windows; doesn't keep you up at night but if you want a late morning sleep, it's not great

Consistently Great - twin fan room with balcony

This is always my 1st stay when I return, every year for many years now. Absolute consistency every time. Staff is friendly and at desk 24 hrs a day. Anything you need, they are there to help. My room is always spotless and so is the bathroom. Hot water, good water pressure, towels, shampoo and body soap provided. Free coffee provided downstairs in the lobby each morning. Many Red trucks and tuk-tuks nearby all day and night. It is off the main street, so it is quite. It is a 5 min walk to the bus station, which is great if you want to hop a bus to Pai or Chiang Rai. It is about a 30 min walk into main city center, so not too far out. Which is perfect so your nights are quiet. Close to a ton of delicious local food vendors, 7-11, all sorts of shops. Again catch a Red truck just steps from your front door. Super easy to get around. This place is just as great this time as it was in 2014, during my 1st trip here. Excellent value for what you get!
