Pleasant

Cozy stay but the hostel needs an overhaul

Cozy feeling at the hostel. Sweet staff and nice people around. Nice with private space in pod :) The kitchen is small, but well equipped

The rating would be much higher if the place wasn't so worn down. Lockers were broken for most rooms. The madress has definitely served its time and should be exchanged. The pod could use a socket. The ventilation in the pod is quite minimal.

Accommodating, friendly and great location.

Really friendly place and in a great location. Would definitely recommend. Excellent wifi. Coogee is a great beach area with a nice vibe. Easy to get to from Sydney international via train and 370 bus.

great garden space

One female toilet for whole facility! No good. Upstairs bathroom completely out of action, downstairs bathroom cramped with one sink, one functioning toilet and two tiny showers. Bedrooms noisy, plus lots of road noise. No switch for the bedroom fan!

Run down, broken, and dirty facility. Not worth the expensive price tag

Great location but thats about the only positive thing I can say about the property

Everything was broken (doors, locks, lockers, toilet, bathroom stall, the list goes on). Bathrooms were dirty and broken and they closed the upstairs bathroom for 2 days forcing all female guests to use the same bathroom which only had 2 showers and 1 working toilet. The deluxe pod was hot and stuffy because the air/ventilation system was broken, half were missing TVs, the mattress was one of those thin pads used for camping you might as well have been sleeping on the wood bed frame. The sheet was dirty and they never washed or changed the duvet cover when they got the pod ready for the next person. Unbelievable how much they charge for a place that is disgusting and not well maintained. It is not at all good value for money.

Filthy, out of order toilets, broken locks on toilet door and bedroom door, tv missing, bed is so thin you can feel the wooden base, aircon in pods doesn't work and you constantly wake up sweating,
