Good hotel and facilities but poor hospitality, need to train the staffs about service excellent.

Definitely come back and keep up the good work Platinum team!

The staff were hospitable and very helpful,the service was great,the room was spacious,the breakfast was varied,the rooftop view was nice. The aircon was error twice,but the engineering men were super quick in handling the problem after I reported to the reception.

The top shower didn't work,and the knot was somehow broken. Yet the hand shower worked perfectly. I stayed in room 923,,hopefully its bathroom could be carefully maintained.
