Lovely staff Good room facilities They always give you beach towels You can usually get their trike driver to drop you off in town

The WiFi did not work for four whole days. The property is connected to the beach by a staircase, but it is quite a steep rise. The breakfast is not that good, especially the rice and meat dishes.

Overall this was a great find considering its amenities, the distance to the beach, and that we booked 2 weeks prior to

We stayed 5 days in Pinnacle since we booked last minute with limited options. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It is right behind the Lind so it will take some walking and stairs to get to and from your room to the beach, so its not quite recommendable for seniors/people with mobility problems. This wasnt a problem for the younger people though. Room is nice and big, cleaned well daily. With fresh towels and beach towels available for you daily. Water bottles provided on first day. The rest of the time, there were no more water bottles but there is a purified water dispenser outside our room. No hair dryer in the room but the front desk was able to provide one for me when I asked. Breakfast was a good, decent selection. Staff are helpful and nice. Shuttle to and from DMall was a great perk, and saves you money since a one way trip of the same distance costs around 150-200 Php.

Our room was a bit awkwardly set up. The sink was right beside the bed and open air/access. Door to the toilet and shower was also open air (the partition/door is only halfway through the ceiling). You would be able to hear everything in the bathroom from your bed. I did not ask for a different room anymore since my companions were comfortable in their adjacent room. I skipped the coffee daily since it didn't taste like coffee at all. Would have liked to use the gym but this was not furnished yet.

Very close to a nice hotel and the beach

Beds had musty smell. Rooms were old and not maintained, locks were almost falling off. Breakfast spread was basic. No proper place to dry clothes but staff were nice enough to shift rack to a sunny area.

Excellent location, service and STAFF!

The room assigned to me was quite large, very clean and nicely appointed/decor. The staff were INCREDIBLE. Super friendly and always willing to assist. Really was a pleasure to stay at this hotel for 5 days. Very accommodating and service with a smile! Loved it!

Avoid this hotel at all cost - moldy rooms, rude staff

There is nothing to like about this hotel- extremely rude and uncooperative staff, moldy rooms overlooking into someone elses room.

We are frequent travellers and had the worst experience with the Pinnacle hotel in Boracay, where they refused to cooperate with Booking.com to refund us, when we asked to check out due to health risks in the hotel. The room was full of mold which caused headaches and gave us an allergic reaction. After informing the staff their only solution was to offer an air freshener which doesnt solve the root cause. After multiple complaints they offered a different room where the walls were so moist the water was dripping down all over the sides, creating the best environment for the mold to grow and spread. We requested a refund as this situation was causing serious health issues for us, however the hotel declined. We tried to resolve the issue through booking.com, however the hotel staff refused to cooperate with booking.coms requests for the hotel to issue a refund. We still have not gotten received any refunds from the hotel, despite repeated attempts to have the hotel issue a refund. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel.

Superb

Location next to the nicest area of White Beach. Very tasty breakfast and food in restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious with cleaning service every day.Staff is very friendly.

The only one minus of the hotel(but propably every hotel in this area) is really high humidity in the room.
