Best place in Gili Air

This is one of the best hotels in Indonesia. The place is right at the beach, with a nice pool. The rooms and spacious, beds comfy. The staff is very helpful and they always give you small snacks or shots of juices at the pool for free. The breakfast was delicious with many options. I could imagine spending here a week easily

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, with every aspect deserving a perfect score. The cleanliness was impeccable, earning a solid 10/10. The breathtaking sunset views provided a picturesque backdrop, also receiving a well-deserved 10/10. The amenities offered exceeded my expectations, garnering a perfect 10/10. Lastly, the staff's hospitality and attentiveness were outstanding, contributing to an overall fantastic stay, and I happily rate them 10/10 as well. Highly recommended!

While my stay at the hotel had some positive aspects, a couple of factors influenced my overall rating. The bike rental service, unfortunately, fell short with a quality rating of 2/10. The bikes provided were not up to par. Additionally, it's worth noting that in the morning, due to tidal conditions, there was no access to the ocean, impacting the overall experience. These two aspects prevented me from giving a perfect 10/10 rating. Despite these concerns, other features of the hotel were commendable.
