Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, and close to attractions make me want to return without hesitation!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always suggesting great places for food and entertainment that consistently turned out to be amazing. They were very friendly chatting at breakfast and whenever we were coming or going. I loved the complimentary shuttle rides around town in a vintage Mercedes! The hotel was so peaceful, we actually stayed in for a whole day just relaxing around the facilities.

Classy, quiet stay, very good service, very nice hotel !

What a beautiful boutique hotel ! Just like the pictures, you arrive at a wonderful "colonial"style hotel with excellent staff all the way and classy spacious rooms away from all the touristy buzz of chiang mai. Nice pool although just a few sun hours and a bit chilly water. The whole hotel is immaculately clean. Breakfast and staff is very good ! The more than friendly staff at reception and parking lot are happy to bring you to and around the city centre with the beautiful oldtimer mercedes(upgraded;)) Don't forget to tip them ! Bar staff is always ready ready for you !

We didn't visit the spa because of the huge difference in prices.

Very good

Quiet and affordable hotel with historic charm

check in was quick and efficient. the hotel offers a very stylish old Mercedes that took us around town a few times which was very convenient. The hotel was quiet.

The room was large but could use a refresh. This is a historic property though and I am being picky. Next time I am in town I will most likely book something newer but that I just a personal preference, some people may want a more traditional style.

Very beautiful boutique and historical property with minor blemishes

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property was well kept and beautiful for a relaxing stay. Its away from the bustle of the tourist area.

Having to carry a big key instead of an rfid card. Could control the mosquitos by the pool. The water temps would change if you flushed the toilet or someone else did. Construction noise from next property.

The staffs including the uncles who helped us find taxi or red cars, they all are very cheerful and helpful.

The room has a central electricity control at the entrance, we were puzzled about how to switch off the ceiling lights but still keep the other power sockets still work. Both two rooms didn't realised this, we all have problems to charge the mobile phone batteries overnight. Need to catch up batteries charge up by delaying our morning activities. Also, the hairdryer is too weak to dry hair in Reasonable time. It's better to have a stronger hairdryer.

Nice comfortable room with excellent choice of breakfast. On the whole almost all the staff are helpful, cheerful and friendly. The guard at the hotel entrance always proactively offer help by alerting / stopping coming cars so guests feel safe to cross the road. Hotel management has been flexible in balancing booking rules vs guests special situation. Highly Appreciated.

One of the staff, night shift one, was very cool and guests were not sure this staff may have personal issues that made guest feel less welcome

A lovely boutique hotel with good spa

Nicely designed, spacious room with complimentary snacks and drinks. Spa is very professional.

Staff in general are very good, polite and helpful except one lady staff at the reception during night shift. She handled our check in, booking of spa, and collection of room keys when we came back. I have never met such hotel staff before in Thailand as most if not all are courteous and friendly. She showed black face all the way, no response when we said thank you, very inpatient when we checked in and asked questions. I think it is unfair to other staff as I did not give an excellent rating on staff because of her.
