Superb

PVR Kasauli is located away from all the city noises and hustles. The property has a beautiful surroundings amidst pine with ample open spaces for leisure and enjoying in the open. The staff is very cooperative and available at service all the time. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Property has good parking space as well. The owner Mr Manish is very humble, ground to earth and hardworking. He himself looks after the property and will make your stay more comfortable. In short I have bookmarked this property for my future trips to Kasauli. No need to find any other property.

The pictures are very misleading. Its a poorly maintained property which looks more like an under construction hut in a village than a resort. The restaurant is a dhaba room without any air ventilation or facilities. We were made to sit on wobbly chairs, served food in steel plates with kitchen smoke directly on our face. The rooms are not painted, there is no AC and gives the feel of a shady 1 star room. We checked out after staying for max 2 hours but were asked to pay full value of 6k by the very rude condescending owner. The whole experience was very disappointing.

I really enjoyed staying there and rooming around the property. Love to come back again.

I like the locations and the ambience of rooms, it was thoughtfully designed.

I did not liked the food being served there. Specifically evening starter was below the mark. What I found lacking is the professionalism. You should hire professional cheif, who can cook and grill the food as per the test of customer and kids. Would like to see more engagement for kids play around.
