Great gym and pool! So if you want these then this is the hotel for you.

The gym is amazing. I booked specifically for the fitness facilities and it didnt disappoint. Hotel was clean and room was large. Great value for money,

Location was down a very quiet road which was a bit unsettling walking at night. But I knew this hotel wasnt in the centre. Also very limited breakfast choice.

Every one is friendly and helpful. It is important that you have comfort and quality care when travelling abroad.

The only thing that I would like to see is a little more Westerner breakfast range to choose from, eg... bacon and eggs. Otherwise, I can not fault.

I asked for a blanket, didn't have one on my twin bed... They gave me one without cover, smelled like someone slept in it for a month and just passed it on to me without washing. Very dirt, old, milked out room and bathroom. Broken shower, MOLD everywhere.

Stay away from the hotel

Nothing is good at the hotel, never again.

We booked a double bed, but got 2 single beds, answer from the hotel double bed is not available we could cancel the booking, that's what I call customer service. The staff needs to be trained, no good morning, no nice day, no welcome, nothing. Mold in the room, the hotel is very dirty. The wall is very thin and not isolated, you can hear the neighbor and, and, and. I travel a lot a lot but I have never experienced such a bad hotel.

Great pool & gym for free

Very easy check-in - Reception also provide daily voucher for pool/gym and next morning breakfast. Large room with balcony, fridge, desk, safe - lovely bathroom with huge shower (including overhead) Big pool with sun loungers. Excellent gym. Free for residents and open 08.00-22.00!! Half hour walk to town centre. Great bar restaurant next door with live music.

Rock hard bed! Breakfast only had 1 vegetarian Thai dish, plus toast. No milk only coffee creamer. Stagnant water by pool and below my balcony smelled bad.
