The ambience, low lighting, room lobby gave a sad feel due to very low lighting. The resort was not looking bright even during day time. The rooms were very small

Good for families with kids.
The slides were great. Sun lounges were to ok to find even during the day.
Sorry but not a very clean place, outdated, water pressure was not the best and overall temp situation too. Seems the hotel is mainly occupied by 1 nationality. Breakfast was quite basic.

The pool was good, kids loved the slides and an OK buffet breakfast. Close to the beach, decent street food and 7/11. Nice restaurants around and we're pleased that we had a connecting room for us and the kids.
Noisy at night, lots of mozzie's and the room upstairs sounded like they were playing football all night long.That being said I would probably stay here again for the location and the pool/slides. Hope they can fix the issues with the hot water which goes from fast to slow, hot to cold and so forth with out even touching the control tap.

The pool and slides right outside our room
Toilet bowl. Inconvenient to flush and need to fix the toilet cover, it came out. Hot shower difficult to adjust It suddenly became super hot.. so be careful. S Aircon smells of dust.. When first came in, there were so many Mosquitos..

Great location but outdated.
The staff were lovely and accommodating. Location was great, right near the beach, shopping, pharmacy, and 7 11. The pools were really cool. The swim up bars were also really cool. Lifts available. Dr on site. Was really easy to organise activities through the hotel.
The breakfast had a lot of variety but wasnt always great. The rooms are outdated. The housekeepers were inconsistent in what they would do in your room - replace toilet paper, replace coffee, etc. we were there for 2 weeks so these things were important. The slamming of the room doors!!! All through the night!!! The rooms have actual keys, not cards. So if you dont use the key to turn the knob and shut the door, you need to slam it. This became aggravating when it just echoed through the hotel all night. There was mould in our shower.

To sum up - if you are fan of Russia - definitely place to go !
Personal was very helpful.
90% of the tourists were Russians. Main bar of the hotel in the evening would play Russian songs. All the bars and cafes around the hotel focuses on Russians

It was OK
The bed was very comfortable in our room & pool area was excellent
Whistling from security staff outside the hotel woke us every morning v early. The noise from other people running up & down the corridor of ground floor was v bad at times & the front of the hotel is very open, no doors. Our air con stopped working for 24 hours also until it was fixed by maintenance. In 35 heat & 80% humidity it was awful
