The Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa offers spacious rooms and two well-maintained swimming pools. The breakfast buffet is extensive and includes great coffee options. The staff, aside from some grump (Read More)y check-in employees, are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is showing signs of wear and could benefit from renovations. However, the pool is a highlight and the presence of a bowling alley adds a unique touch. Overall, it provides good value for money, with a convenient location and enjoyable amenities.

Our 50th Anniversary Holiday

We liked the location on Patong Beach. The layout of the resort is very good. The resort is excellent for families with children.

To enable booking room of choice the Photos of rooms alongwith views from the different types of rooms and prices should be clearly available on Booking.com . We had to request and our room was changed by them.

Very good

Friendly staff in a large resort with good facilities, including for children, in a quieter corner of Patong.

Location, size and variety of facilities onsite. Clean rooms and staff very friendly, especially to kids. The breakfast buffet was amazing, although hectic at peak times.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the policy of having to return your pool towel every evening before 7pm was a bit inconvenient. Lots and lots of Russians everywhere.

Sunset wing pool access room

Our pool access room did not have a ladder to get in or out of the pool. My husband has a substantial leg injury and not having steps was extremely challenging. If your fit and able body then you will be able to pull yourself up onto the edge. If you have mobility issues request a room up near the pool bar, these rooms have steps/ladder. Deluxe pool access rooms, the pool is very cold! Sunset wing pool access rooms, pool water temperature was magnificent

Great stay lovely staff and rooms well serviced by hospitality team.

Great location. Clean and staff very helpful.

Breakfast to be honest its a bit hit and miss. Could be better ie fruit and yogurts( better in small pots). Porridge every other day? A better selection of breads would be good.

Superb location right at the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and still away from the noise. Very nice pools and great breakfast buffet
