The main issue with this hotel is that it is VERY overpriced compared to the quality it offers. We ended up staying in a

The location despite the fact that you need to take a boat every time you want to go to town. Breakfast was maybe the best part of the hotel.

It is very run down, bed not comfortable at all, bed sheets had blood on them first night, bathroom looking dirty despite that its cleaned, staff dont speak any English

Worst experience in thailand! Please avoid!

Nothing! Its really dirty, the staff is incredibly unfriendly and the rooms are moldy. Cleaning seems to be optional.

Please do not make the mistake and go here! Theres mold, the facilities are old and the breakfast is disgusting (almost unbelievably bad considering that thailand has such great chefs usually). Also there is not really a shuttle service. Please please dont make the same mistake

Great location resort needs a complete remodel

The location is amazing the view you have for breakfast amazing.

Pretty run down definitely not as in the photos. Wood is coming apart. Typical resort that warm well but none of the money are used for upgrades and renovations. Really sad to see because the possibility are endless with its location. The accommodation around had bars open and restaurants and fire shows while this one didnt have anything. Little bit bland sadly.

It was still a good time but would not come back

The beach was very close and most of the stuff was very nice and helpful. We had a quite time.

It was little dirty and the bed sheets are not so clean as we would expect. Next to the hotel there where two complete desolated houses which did really not look nice. The hotel has nothing special to offer- the restaurants next to them have a bar with a show at night and great restaurants.

Horrible hotel in the most amazing beach

Perfect location and view. Unfortunately these were the only positive aspects

Havent seen any other hotel in this condition, rooms were dirty (you could see greasy stains on windows and floor), not even sure if bed linen was changed, dirty pillows on the bed, robes in closet covered in dead bugs, closet never cleaned - had other people stuff still, in room 216 you could hear termites eating the bed head and other furniture pieces, electricity was turning off constantly as card holder was barely attached to the wall, phone even not connected with vanle. Breakfast selection very poor, staff not welcoming and pleasant.

Pleasant stay. Lovely staff. Couldve had cleaners everyday and food couldve been better

I loved the location. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cleaning was not done in the 3 nights I stayed with my friend. The room size was nice but was upgraded through booking.com Only thing would be the cleaning. It wasnt the end of the world but had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

Beautiful beach

The hotel is located on a very beautiful stretch of Long Beach on Koh Phi Phi. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beautiful beach. You also have this beautiful view during breakfast. The staff is extremely hospitable and willing to help.

The hygiene is really below par. Our bedding had old blood on it and our coffee bowls had mold on them. What was also disappointing is that you can actually only eat at the surrounding restaurants. But we should have found this out better in advance. If the hotel were cleaned better and you could use the boats several times for free, it would improve the price-quality ratio in my opinion.
