Disappointing

Not 4* avoid this hotel

The location was near the beach and close to the town. Beautiful views from the room.

This hotel is really in a bad state, we had a Deluxe room , nothing deluxe about it ; they are overcharging for this dump of a hotel . The hotel manager openly admitted that the photos on the website were taken many years ago. The rooms have paint peeling off, rust in bathrooms, mould on the lampshades , broken tiles , cracked in walls , no privacy in the rooms unless curtains are closed . The shower has a roller blind in the shower to stop people seeing in to the bathroom that does not fit and is mouldy . The bed linen is grey and very worn. The bed is so hard that its incredibly difficult to sleep on. Stains on all the upholstery throughout the hotel . This is not a 4* hotel maybe a 2* . I would not recommend this hotel as the price is high in comparison to hotels around that were 2/3* for a fraction of the cost . The hotel is also located on the beach so as long as you dont want to sleep as the nightlife is very hectic and noisy.

Location

I recently stayed and encountered a few setbacks during my visit. The staff seemed unhelpful and occasionally rude, impacting the overall experience. Moreover, the restricted pool timings until 7 pm led to a somewhat unpleasant situation where the pool attendant hurried guests out by 6:30 pm, causing inconvenience. This rigid enforcement seemed unnecessary and affected guests' leisure time. The pricing structure appeared on the higher side considering the services offered. Additionally, the absence of vegetarian options in the dining choices was disappointing, limiting the dining experience for guests with dietary preferences. While the property has potential, attention to these areas could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. .

Massively overpriced.

That we only stayed one night. Staff were friendly. We were expecting it to be noisy following the reviews we had seen but it want too bad other than cats fighting during the night. Very close to everything so not much walking

Weird smell in the room. Mosquitos in the room. Was covered in bites. Room steamed up. Needed painting inside and out. Beds super hard.

Throughly disappointing

If you like rock solid beds, chairs and sun loungers this is the place for you!!!

The area around the pool is nothing like the photos advertised. It is unkept and ugly, could be such a nice place to relax if they just put a little care into the property. The beds are horribly hard and the view non existent unless you enjoy staring into other couples bedrooms!!!! Its like being in the Barbie dream (nightmare) house.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel was excellent really close from the port of phi phi. room was comfortable and clean. Even though the location was so close from the port the room was soundproof so we enjoyed sleep. stuff was polite and friendly happy to assist every need. pool design was big and perfect easy access from the rooms and breakfast was a feast!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.
