Very good

Relaxing and nice staff and the sea is so clean

Mostly everything except the bathroom.

Bathrooms need renovation and the pool area Also I booked to houses 1x delux and another 1 x delux with Bayview and paid extra for that. But they told me that all the houses were the same

we loved it and if we come back to phi phi we would 100% stay again! our friends are heading out next week and are stayi

beautiful views from our room, a bit of a walk to the main bars and restaurants but we didnt mind this. rooms are a little dated and werent particularly clean. drinking glasses not changed or bedding but in all honesty for the price we really loved it. we didnt spend much time in the room so those things were really minor. the air con was amazing though!

One of the worst places Ive stayed run down, dirty and too far from the main area.

Taxi boat from pier collected our bags and truck dropped bags from reception to the room. The beach in front of the hotel is nice.

Property too far from the main centre. We did read this before booking the hotel however, it stated it was a 10 min walk to the main area it is more like a 20/25 min walk which is extremely hard in the heat also the accommodation is up a steep hill which is difficult. The grounds of the hotel are very run down. The minute we checked into the room we wanted to check out. The room wasnt clean. The bed sheets had stains and hairs all over them. They were yellow in colour. I slept in a sweatshirt and trousers to avoid touching the sheets as they were filthy. The hotel is old fashioned. Front door, bathroom door and doors out onto the balcony dont close properly. I was afraid mosquitos would be all over the room thankfully they werent. Walking back at night was quite scary as the paths to the rooms are not well light I tripped twice on a broken path. Be careful. Also there is not path leading to the hotel you have to walk on the beach. Only good thing about this accommodation was the staff on the reception, taxi boat and truck were nice.

Amazing view from the room, rooms are comfortable. I loved the location as it wasn't too far from center, but right outside the busy streets, so it was very comfortable if you want to wake up to peace and quiet.

Rooms are a bit dated, could do with a bit of refurbishment especially the bathrooms.

Amazing view.

There was an amazing view from the room. We spent a few evenings sat out watching the boats and the sunset. The staff were very helpful, and they carried our bags up to our room which was much appreciated. Also the water taxi picked us up from the pier when we arrived, making it a lot easier to get to the hotel.

The pool didn't appear to be in commission and the water was pretty murky... Also no hand soap was provided.
