Great Location

Great location easy to get around, staff lovely, shower and bed great.

On the third floor, there was no lift, checked in late, and had trouble carrying large suitcase up stairs, as being over 60, the stairs were challenging!

A cosy room in the heart of Chiang Mai oldtown

Noisy room as my room was facing the staircase entrance directly. Can hear people talking and walking when they enter and exits. Poor sound proof

Super friendly staff and nice location

The staff was super nice and gave lots of good advices, we could even leave our luggage in the lobby on the last day for a couple of hours. The location of the hotel was very central. The rooms were very clean and you can always take water from a dispenser. Many spots too hang out in the hotel, very comfy

You can hear the noises from all the rooms around plus the streets even though they are a bit further away. But this is not just on the hotel: if the other guests would care more for each other (close the door silently) , it would probably be okay...
