High quality hotel but we got a bit unlucky with some problems

The property was clean, spacious and super luxurious. The double shower room was great to have. The bed was comfortable. A lot of fresh towels were available in the room. The soap products in the room were of high quality. Nice tea/coffee assortment. The staff were very friendly and professional. After we had problems with the room we got a discount on the room and got a free breakfast. I appreciate that the problems were taken serious and compensated for fairly.

It was a bit cold in the room and the heating didnt help even when turned to 24 degrees (the max). The bathtub didnt work (no running water) and because it was late when we found out, it couldnt be fixed anymore in time. The room cards stopped working in the morning after 11 even though we had a late checkout. Water was leaking through the roof onto the floor. The pillows on the bed werent super comfortable but still okay. The tvs were nice looking but also old and didnt have the option to watch YouTube.

The whole stay was absolutely exceptional. We even won guest of the day and had our room upgraded, I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I have nothing bad to say

Loved the lobby, the pool, sauna, bedroom and the staff were super friendly and helpful I wish I had change to gift them for their kindness and love towards guests They extended my late check out because of flight delays everyone was simply amazing

Good, after booking 3 delux room would have expected one with a good River View

Room was delux ok... No facecloths. Location not great area for cafes or bars. No bar or restaurant's opened in the Hotel both days very disappointing.
