The property was in a fantastic location, a couple of hundred yards from the church and fishermans bastion with fantastic views of the city and river. The hotel was spotless, our room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. when checking in I left my bag with cash and passports in the taxi, the hotel manager rang the taxi firm as I had no information and arranged for the bag to be brought back. I cannot fault this hotel or staff. an amazing stay!

What an amazing experience we had! We visited Budapest for a few days of combining exploring the city with relaxation and this was the best choice we could have made. We stayed at the atelier suite and it was one of the best stays we have ever had. It is located in the heart of Buda Castle and it is very close to all the sights of that side but also close to a bus station that can take you straight to Pest. We mostly used scooters to be honest but also the bus which had a very pretty itinerary! The room was amazing and maintained clean and tidy always! Exactly as pictured! The staff was very helpful with everything we needed and any questions we had regarding the city or our stay and always kind and friendly. Breakfast was also great and we had the best croque madame ever! We highly recommend!

Disappointing

The location.

The construction site is next door. I could not have proper rest at all. Noise is coming from the outside either by construction, people and vehicles passing by and bistro located downstairs.

Lots of room for improvement.

Construction works are going on next to the hotel. My window was facing it. The noise level is very high. There is a traffic noise as well as the street talks 24/7. The location is fantastic, but I didnt have any sleep.

Fabulous Design Hotel! Great staff and location!

This fabulous Hotel really lives up to its name! The design elements are really unique and well thought out for the comfort of guests. We love the attention to detail. The staff were fantastic ...Stephen and all of the staff and restaurant staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the castle area with its wonderful restaurants and architecture! We hope to come back soon!

Amazing, friendly staff. Power sockets are not easily accessible for toddlers (our daughter is 20 months old, YMMV). Clean, spacious room. Comfy bed, with multiple options for pillows. My wife appreciated this a lot and found the memory foam pillow very comfortable. Very good location.

Since it is a historical building, it has the wooden floors that creak a bit. It was not an issue for us, but if you, your partner, or children are light sleepers, keep this in mind. Tip: Wearing slippers reduced creaking.
