Bedbugs! In the mainbuilding. Had like 50 bites. The staff thought it came from the waterfall so not sure what they will do about this.

Disappointing

Not much. I believe the strength of the hotel is the "private" beach. It is not expensive (cheap) and the service/quality is aligned on the low price.

Most of the pictures are beach view and few from the facilities that must set an alarm bell. The contact number of the hotel is a German number for a hotel in the Philippines. Service is minimum. Installation rudimentary. Comfort is Sparta.

The receptionist was friendly, helped us book a car whenever we needed. She spoke very good english

The shower head was not working The toilet was not working. You had to pour yourself water from a bucket in order to flush it No running water. They have tanks they refill multiple times a day.There was no water pressure because of that. No hot water Nothing was clean in that room. The walls were dirty, the sink was not washed, the curtain had mold on it The AC was dirty and old. The window was broken. A piece of glass was missing so you could hear everything from the street as if you were there The street was very noisy The street was not paved so after each rain it would get muddy

Well priced but don't expect a lot

The place is by the waters and easily accessible to the sardine run area. Very well priced, no doubt about that.

The room was dirty. There was a dog, not sure if it's a stray dog or someone's, that barked profusely while we were sleeping ruining our sleep pretty much. Although place is cheap, they could've done something about what I just mentioned.

Direct access to the beach from the bedroom, where you can spot some turtle and sardine run. nice bedroom with AC and spacious balcony

No Snorkeling gear available in the hotel , but you can rent some near by

Great location worth staying in the nicer rooms.

You are right at the waters edge and its beautiful for sunrise and a peaceful part of town. They have affordable food and can do a laundry service and can take bookings for sight seeing.

I stayed in the nippa hut but without realising it was this style of accommodation (it was hard to tell from photos online). The hut is open so mosquitos can get in as well as light from other areas of the property at night, so it was hard to sleep. It was a thin foam mattress on the floor with a mosquito net that was way too small, so I was not too comfortable. For a tall person or two people it would not work well. The bathroom is shared. Its more worth staying in the other huts with nicer bedding and paying a bit more to be comfortable.

Avoid this dump

Avoid this place! As well as deceptive pics of rooms with old disgusting rooms which are false locations far from where you thought, manager lives in Germany have to call Germany for any issues, local staff can't make any decisions, no local oversight so important details missed

Management Should be better, rooms also should be nice at that price

Great location very close to beach - saw lots of turtles! At the quieter end of town but easy walk to busy end of town - lots of space to spread out! Highly recommend.

Scam, a place to collect your money without providing the bare minimum

Nothing good here, dont go

- Misleading information (location wise) - Doesnt look like on the pictures or as described - Lacks general maintenance so to have a shower was basically not possible - Staff doesnt care or makes an effort
