We prefer to come again and expect more innovative (in foods and ambience )

We didn't booked breakfast. But we noticed the menu and its superb.

We were not satisfied with lunch, mainly curry preparation is not to the mark.

Disappointing

Review of Elephant court since wemwere given last minute change of place. The front desk was warm, they detailed things very well.

Though our stay was planned at Peppervine near Thekkady, however last moment we were informed about switching from peppervinw to Elephant Court. Ambence was satisfactory however by evening the power surge started, power wil come and leave in an interval of 1 minute, literally unable to run TV. O have never faced power shortage issues as su h in any of the hotels or resorts I have stayed. Evening we opted for buffet in order to stay within premise as it was raining. The cost we were informed was 900 INR per person, to our surprise the items on the table were very less, other than the fish curry nothing else tasted good. Noodles (pea nut butter) almost felt stale. Morning break fast we found to be good with decent items on table. To make the big story short and simple, not satisfied with the service, the coridors were not lit up few times we had stepped the stairs while walking through. I would not prefer to go back or reccomond this place for anyone.
