Poor soundproofing!!! Room not serviced, when requested minimal aspects covered Dust everywhere Duvet just slipped between sheets - no proper cover and as such how many bodies touched it without being cleaned each time 1 of 2 Lifts out of service for entire 5 day stay, other lift seemed on verge of breaking

This place is a joke ! Its a place that has individual owners ! No aircon in the rooms and no windows to even breath! So expensive for what you get !Breakfast was terrible as well! Please dont stay here ! Our holiday was ruined here ! The New Zealand Authorities should investigate this place !

Disappointing

Great location but comfort of rumours is unbearable and would not return.

The location was great with just a five minute stroll into the town

The room was a converted corridor, there were two bedrooms with no air flow or windows so was unbearably stuffy and impossible to sleep. We had to put one of us onto the floor in the lounge as the beds were like water beds and so bad that if one person turned over the other would feel it enormously. I ended up sleeping in one of the twin beds which was so soft you had to get in the middle of the bed otherwise it felt if you sat on the side it would tip over. Ive had more comfortable camp beds. Really need to provide better beds and some airflow like fans to make it habitable.

Lake view was fabulous, but the apartment was very warm. No air conditioning.
