Exceptional

Spot-on location and kindest hostess

First of all, the hostess Andrea is the kindest person in Austria. She let us bring our suitcases after very early morning flight and was very helpful and communicative. Coming back to apartments, the location is spot-on, Mariahilfer str. is always packed and surrounded by many shops (like tk.maxx was opposite to our windows :)), cafes etc. There's also a metro station 1min walk away. Room was spacious, was enough of space for 3 people. Also, there's a coffee machine in the room, as well as milk in the kitchen. Definitely will stay here again when will come to Wien again. Thank you!

Superb

Great host and property in an ideal location.

Our host was exceptional, hardworking, and helpful well beyond just renting the apartment. The location was busy and though there was noticeable activity on the street, we were not disturbed. There is a bus that stops a few feet from the entrance and two Vienna metro stops nearby. We had a spacious living room. two bedrooms, a good kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The apartment was clean and secure, and our host made sure we knew how to enter and exit. In addition, she said she was available if we were somehow locked out.

The apartment is accessed by stairs and after a long day of touring Vienna or frequent trips out and back, that can be tiring. It's just something to be aware of. To access the bathroom, one must go through the second bedroom. This might be awkward for some. A family should have no problem with this. My friend and I made a plan that was effective.
