Really huge, clean and affordable rooms. Very nice team, was extremly helpful booking a ticket. Extremly close to bus terminal from lomprayah

Definitely needs renovation, at least new bedsheets, towels and room cleaning

Friendly staff, helped me to book transfer to another place, location is good

The staff doesnt speak English well, sometimes it was kind of hard to understand them(provided me different information), but theyve tried really hard. The room wasnt clean enough, there were some white stains on the bed, also the bedsheets was with the holes on it and with someones blood :( towels was also dirty the hot water was more cold than even warm( Ive turned it on to the maximum). Stayed there two nights and on the last morning woke up at 6 am because someone in the next room turned on the TV. Also be prepared that you will hear all the noises around. I dont think its the service you want to get, was absolutely disappointed

Going the extra mile to help your guests.

The staff was super friendly and they helped us to enjoy our trip .. they have always helped us by suggesting wat can we do in krabi and then arranging the trips for us .. they even paid for us until we exchanged the money ... they also have shuttle to the city which saved us some food money

-at the beginning, i didn't like that the hotel is a bit out of the downtown, but i loved the neighbourhood and how calm was the place, also had chance to meet people away from the city.
