Small space with bathroom access down steep stairs

Location

No signage. A house number somewhere. Pillows were not useable had to borrow some. Could have used another set of towels during our week long stay. Uncomfortable couch to attempt to watch TV. TV was in Spanish and we didnt have access to change the account settings. Only one remote which took a while to find. All instructions were online which wasnt convenient. It was a quiet space.

Disappointing

Nice home, but very inaccurate listing

It is an adorable home in a great location. I loved the large loft bedroom!

There were several amenities in the listing that weren't accurate. No washer/dryer, no sauna, no guest bath, no bathtub, no oven. The washer/dryer was the sole reason I chose this home over another, larger, cheaper option, so I was extremely disappointed in that inaccuracy of the listing. The "garden view" was the neighbor's trash-filled back yard, which isn't the property owner's fault, but just another example of the inaccuracies in the listing.

Cozy and beautiful space

The layout and location are great. Parking is easy. Everything was working. The host was very quick to reply to our inquiries.

There was only a large pan, and we were making ourselves breakfast every day and dinner almost every day, so it would have been great to have at least a frying pan.

definitely not what we expected

The location was good as it was close to where we needed to be

Upon our arrival there were no coffee mugs or glasses for water and the cutlery was plastic. There was an empty water bottle left on the sink and chewing gum wrappers on the bedroom window sill. The place was not very clean. We have been coming to LA for many years and have never experienced not having the basic items in a kitchen. When we notified the property management they responded quickly with 4 coffee mugs and paper cups!! We would definitely not stay there again

Perfect for our family

Location was great and the place was perfect for our family.

Our stay was during the crazy rain & snow storm which was obviously beyond the owners control but we truly appreciated how responsive they were to helping us figure out how to get the internet back on and know when the power was back on. It was a great place and we appreciated the comfey & quaint vibes.

lovely neighborhood, easy to get to West Hollywood and studio city attractions, cute space(smaller than pics), bring you

lovely things on display. cute house. nice sofa downstairs. it was close to the things we wanted to do (visit my son in the same neighborhood, hiking in Griffith park, museums)

no coffee cups? no blankets and the sheets for the 2nd bed/ottoman or couch were hidden. very thin coverlet for each bed (I know its la, but still 40 degrees at night) . we were told to park anywhere on the street but neighbors expressed their discontent with this

+ nice interior, cozy, clean and pretty + we had some issues with smoke detectors and wifi (not working) - they were solved in the same day by management after we've informed them + location is very nice, very close to get around, nice food options in the area + user manual with food recommendations was very helpful

- heating seems very unsafe (open gas flame) - nights were very cold as we didn't dare to leave the heater running, therefore I would only book this property again in the summer - they didn't have all the amenities that are advertised on booking (no laundry on site possible, kitchen has microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster etc. but only one pot so cooking was kind of difficult)
