It was good , overall experience could have been better considering the roads outside the property

The staff was extremely friendly and cordial, the property was good and at the banks of the river. The property was clean , tidy and well maintained

The road leading to the property was extremely congested and untidy , there was garbage around everywhere.

Very good

The location of the property, the old world charm and the access to the Ganges from the property was an amazing experience. The caretaker family and their occasional visitor "cat" added charm to the stay.

The hygiene measures in the room could have been better, the bed linen seemed old (not unclean). So, maybe the room linen and bathroom amenities could be refurbished.

Good

Good and Clean Guesthouse. Much better then other hotel's in Haridwar. Our room was small, but clean and fresh .

They charged extra GST , But didn't gave us orignal bill. Bathroom need little more cleaning. Overall no complaints.

Would recommend for pilgrims. Tourists may want something a bit more comfortable.

Simple and basic place on the Gange rivers. Only cash accepted.

Old rooms, not looking particularly clean. Not very pleasant to be in the room. Communal area is better, there and internal area to hang out and sofas to chill

It was a pleasant stay.

Good breakfast and meals, as good as home made and overall service for tea /coffee etc is excellent , very friendly staff, it has private Ghat which was an excellent bonus. Overall ambiance is nice. Har Ki paudi and market are at walkable distance.

Location is far away from main road, need to walk with luggage or get a porter to carry luggage and walk about 300-400 mtrs to reach the guesthouse from main road/parking lot. Size of room is too small, has no table for keeping suitcase, which needs to be placed under the bed. No facility to hang cloths, wardrobe can not be expected in such a small room.

Our booking was cacelled,reason not known to us.At cheque in moment,they informed that they are not entertaining any booking without advance payment.They offered us room @Rs 6500/day.We are both senior citizen simply harassed by Booking.com

Loved the stay, would highly recommend the property

The host are just amazing. Super helpful and accommodative. The food served is delicious. The property is exactly as the picture describes.

The entrance to the property is unclean and smelly as the roads are narrow and unclean. As it is a very old property (2nd property in entire Haridwar), some of the electrical appliances are not working. The car park is about 1 km from the property which you need to walk or take a cycle rickshaw which is a hassle.

Stay was comfortable and we enjoyed but could not get wifi inside the room.

ROOM ON THE BANKS OF THE RIVER

Roads leading to the hotel are bad and no vehicle is allowed near the hotel. Further, there are no arrangements to pick up, drop and carrying the Luggage to the hotel (Around 2-3 kms)
