Mediocre room with bad smell

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was good.

The room was not clean enough the first night we arrived. After we told the reception, it was fixed. The room has a very bad odour, we couldn't find its origin. Also, the worst thing about my stay is the smell of their soap/body wash. It had the worst smell I have ever smelled in soaps. Super heavy and filty smell. We used our own soaps and kept the toilet door closed all the time so that its smell won't bother us. We were three people and we all agree that this was the worst smelling soap ever. After we told about the smell of the room, the staff tried to fix it but no luck. Every time we entered the room, it welcomed us with this bad odour. Other than that everything is as described, no big surprises. But I must admit that I didn't like my stay overall, it didn't feel special/nice. If you are looking for a relatively affordable stay, then go for it.

Superb

A great apartment close to Vienna centre & a great brewery near the Belvederre called Salm Brau.

Great place. About 25 mins walk into the centre or 10 mins on the tram which is very close to the hotel.

My daughter was in bed poorly on Christmas Day and the cleaning staff asked her to move so they could clean the room.

Not bad, service needs to be better managed

The property was pretty well located had everything you need for a hotel room, very large rooms and bathroom as well, kitchen was well equiped too

I have been to a lot of hotels worldwide but I have faces problems here, that I have never faced before. They have late check in fee( which they tell after you book non-cancelablle room) , before 00:00 they charge 25 after midnight 50. Basically I was late because my flight was delayed and they knew about this aa they asked for my flight number before the arrival. I entered property 00:05( was waiting for a taxi after the delayed flight) and they had staff waiting for me so that they can charge me 25euros for that 5minutes. They had self check in option( which supposedly doesn't require staff members to be working at that hour) which for me was absurd , because they still charge me even if I do self check in? What kind pf logic is this? I am writing this because I was frustrated at the checkout when they chargede 50 because of my delayed flight. Would not loke any traveler tp experience the same

Awesome place to stay

Great apartment! Clean, big with tarase. Near the tram (line 71), we used it most of the time. Moreover, 5 min walk from Rennweg train station, we used S7 from airport to that station, took us 25 minutes (: We stayed for 7 nights and our room cleaned twice. Lastly, 2 min walk you got Spar and Billa and in the Rennweg station you have Lidl and DM. I will definitely stay here in the future! Great staff, very helpful.

It could be nice if microwave would be added to the room but not mendatory

Wonderful staff, great hospitality and helpful, thank you! Room was not just clean but furnished with good quality products from bed linens to coffee machine in the kitchen. Excellent location, Tram 71 connects to all main sightseeing locations.

Perfect for a winter trip to central Vienna

Staff were very friendly. Room was a perfect size for 2 with everything we needed. Very good location - near Rennweg train (20 mins from airport) and 2 mins walk from 71 tram that takes you right into the centre. A short walk from Belvedere and good amenities nearby. Room was clean when we arrived and checkin/ checkout very simple. Great value for money.

All in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely return if I am ever in Vienna

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was in good order and seemed to be new. Beds are very comfortable and we also had Prime TV for when we decided to stay indoors.

Bar prices are on the high side - considering it is a self catering apartment. Would have appreciated if we were given coffee everyday (we had to buy this at a cost). Bed sheets done only once - on our third day.
