Average hotel great location !!!

Location is excellent. All major Yas island points are within 5-10 min by cab.

Breakfast lacks effort. Bland egg preparations offered to residents. Day on day variation in menu is minor. It gets very busy between 9.00 to 10.30 and redurant layout leads to cramping. Bell boy service is very poor due to shortage of staff. Concierge is average at best. Reception has mixed service, some good and some quite curt. Extra bed had cracks on the side and blanket looked old.

The location is convenient, can access any point of yas island through shuttle service and careem bikes/scooters.

The extra bed provided was uncomfortable, the room service did not taste great, the breakfast was too limited and also didnt taste great.

New year night trip

The view of the room was good. We had a sea view and pool view.

The bed was not enough to accommodate 3 ppl as it was said by the reception that it is a king-size bed, but it seems to be a queen size bed. The pool wasn't open due to the new year dinner arrangements. The next day also the pool was open late and by then we had checked out the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Enjoyable Stay with a great & comfortable location

The location it is very conveniently located close to the Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Beach (Cyan Beach) and Water Park. You can take the Free Shuttle to these places or take a taxi which isn't that expensive as well. The airport is also 10 - 15 min away. The Beach access to a very peaceful Cyan Beach and pool access at Radisson (bigger pool) The hotel also gave us a complimentary mattress before our arrival. The Staff was nice, they helped us when they couldn't initially find the booking. Denial (I think this was his name) was very helpful in getting us a family taxi when we were leaving. Overall a very pleasant stay.

There was a strange noise that came from the AC Unit sometimes like an small engine. It got fixed when we complained and I believe Engineer Ali was very thorough in this regard.
