5 star hotel in very good location

The location is excellent just short walk from piers, facing Viaduct and sea , clean and comfortable hotel with large rooms. Breakfast is very good , food is tasty , very friendly and helpful staff!

Best hotel in town!

Spacious room with two bathrooms, nicely furnished. We enjoyed the central location and the pool. Friendly stuff and nice bars and coffee shops within the building. Dont miss the street car ride on Sundays. Leaves right in front of the coffee shop.

Amazing hotel, location and luxury experience.

Gorgeous hotel, fabulous location. Make sure you get a harbour view and balcony. Staff all absolutely lovely. Attentive. All restaurants and captains bar also amazing. Will definitely be back for another treat.

Hands down the Best hotel in our 3 week adventure in AUS and NZL.

Great room configuration, comfortable bed, nice and professional staff, amazing restaurants, tasty breakfast, nice location that is close to many attractions

Everything was good but maintenance/house keeping could be done earlier. Check in was delayed as the room was not available and house keeping/maintenance was a bit late so we asked to skip one day.

It was good except for the lack of hot water to the room.

Very special employees who were very helpful to our every needs especially traveling from the states. Location was spectacular to see the city and ferry to other islands.

We had no hot water during our stay. We were too jet lagged to notice for 2 days and then we told the front desk but it was never fixed before we left.
