Because they had booked a free night stay separately, they assumed t (Read More)hey wouldn't have to switch rooms, but housekeeping overlooked this and cleaned the room. The reviewer's dog food containers and a bag of drinks were thrown away or taken, even though they were not in the garbage. They also mentioned that their belongings were touched and moved.

It was a ok stay pretty ok .

Its awesome

The place can use a exterminator for the hotel rooms as there are some kind a bugs that fly thats over the cabinets at the very top also behind refrigerator that come out and over the light thats in the kitchen areas.

Good stay over all. Just the few things I mentioned

Need to be upfront upon check in with regards to housekeeping being short staffed. In addition, when you stay for more than one night, I believe my room should have been cleaned.

The cleaning staff very loud and ghetto. Talking private lives in front of guests. Not at all good. Never received the towels that I ask for also the night prior. I paid for two rooms - so asking for two sets of towels should of been an easy task

Exceptional experience! We were there for 3 days and the facilities were clean and staff was very helpful. My son loved the gym and I loved the laundry facility.

I dont know if I will return

The home/apartment type feel. Felt at home. Everything was cleaned. Felt kinda too clean. It was late at night I was tired fell asleep and we left. Not much I can say to judge to stay.

No extra towels. Short staffed in evening and in morning. Felt out of place. Like people live in this hotel. Elevator of course broke the day before. Staff was nice when approached but weird watching on cameras to come up front. Okay so the sheets were heavily bleached. My skin broke out in hives and I love the cleanliness but holy moly easy easy on the bleach. I couldn't sleep well with my body broken out in hives from the chemicals used.

Bad booking system!?!?!

They supposedly did NOT have my Bookings.com reservation!?!? And no rooms available they finally gave me a room that was half finish as they are under construction
