The place has potential but needs a lot of work.

Many things, first of all the place is dirty not totally cleaned to many spider webs, insects and geckos, big ones too, I know it is a tropical place but just days before my stay in Paresa I was in Keemala and they use tools to get rid/disturb the insects and geckos like candles and sprays all over the resort unlike Paresa there are too many that we did not want to go out of our room at night because they will be all over you, not to mention also that Keemala I have not seen a single spider web but in Paresa it is even inside the rooms and bathrooms.

Service, food, view are fantastic and magical

Location is up the hill, most guests rent a car. Otherwise there is shutter service to Kamala beach.

Disappointing

Very disappointing experience! Bad service they always make a mistake of the order to our suite .. I always have to ask them to change the towels with new ones and for cleaning the pool & seats .. too quiet resort theres absolutely nothing to do except the restaurant & the gym. The golf cart never waits for you but you would wait for him for more than 15 min

amazing experience

This resort is, as they often say and I wholeheartedly agree, the heaven of heavens. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, offering an exceptionally wonderful experience. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Additionally, the service is simply amazing.
