Had a balcony room. Construction new building next door. NOISY. Would not have chosen it if i knew.

Very good

Pleasant and convenient location.

Great customer service from hotel porter - Firdaus- caring and kind; happy to serve and goes the extra mile. My daughter had bad mosquito bites and he offered her ointment and asked after her each time he saw us- really touching. Housekeeping staff were very lovely too. Hotel location is fab.

Reception staff could be friendlier. Please provide milk for tea not creamer - its the little things that help

The staff was great. Breakfast buffet was wholesome. I really loved their spread. Joe and Elina at The Applause restaurant were always so cheerful and warm, no matter how busy the place got for end of year celebrations.

Superb

Centrally located, great option for a stay with Family/Friends

The breakfast here was nice, had a wide range from continental /western to indian options. The location also was good, the closest metro station was bendemeer which was 5 minutes away and the bus stops were 2-3 minutes away.

The room size was not cozy but I guess that's applicable for most rooms/hotels in Singapore.

Location is pretty good, quite and well connected with local bus and MRT altogether nice experience.

room size is small but manageable but bathroom is too small.

Nice and helpful staff. Free of cost refreshments provided. Nice pool area and facilities.

Room size mentioned was Quadruple room but wasnt big enough to fit even one queen bed. Very small toilet and shower. Never seen sink area to be in the bed room before, very inconvenient family room. Not worth the money paid for.
