Very friendly staff, great location, quiet but close to everything, lovely beach in front of the hotel Great healthy cafe at the property where we had breakfast every day (if you look for a Western breakfast) - not included
The property seems a bit older but anyhow its quite nice Nothing to complain

Relaxed holidays in a beautiful tropical garden
Nice family friendly ressort. We stayed in a beautiful garden villa with perfect view on the Coconut pool. All the facilities were in very clean and good condition. The staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. Room cleaning even in the late afternoon. Huge breakfast buffet with a lot of options for every nationality. The whole place can accommodate a lot of guests but it never feels overcrowded.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help you. the location is just perfect with the beach accross the road and not busy at all (we went in Dec) there were plenty of shops in Karon beach area so could get anything you needed medical and food wise. We tried the breakfast which was full of options for whatever you fancied, the room service food was also amazing and still hot when it arrived and the walia cafe by the beach =(still on the resort) did the best coffee!!

Good value and location, staff very friendly and accommodating.
Good location and access to many of the activities and sights around KARON Beach. Night markets within walking distance.
Air conditioning was spotty and the facility had power outages and tree removals, not a bad experience but it was a bit uncomfortable for awhile.

It was nice relaxing, but we wont come back.
Its big and nice pools
Its in desperate need of renovation, its like 1999, lots of things not working properly in the room, but the staff fixed it. ( toilet, shower, fridge not cooling) its the whole complex that is in need of renovation, it could be excellent but it looks tired. It was better when it was Movenpick, especially the food was better then.

8/10 I can say the rooms were excellent. Very far from the beach but pool was ok.
The rooms were newly renovated. They were great. I like the fact that the room had bottom night lights, so when you want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you dont have to switch on all the lights. The night lights are enough to guide you to the bathroom :)
The staff at the pool bar were not as friendly and sometimes were slow.
