Personal touch in terms of the food preferences and arrangements of sunset cruise

Room was average. It was quoted as sea facing but it indeed wasnt. The facilities inside the room werent great. Overall it didnt feel like value for money. I had better properties in Mah and La Digue for lesser price

Buffet dinners were amazing. Highly recommend doing half-board. The beach location is stunning. A beautiful location. The rooms are a little older, but more than sufficient and comfortable.

Beautiful location on the beach, great food and super friendly staff. Praslin paradise!

We loved our stay here, so much so we wanted to come back after we left! The food was great, staff were friendly, lots to do (free paddle boards, board trips). Room had a gorgeous view of the sea. And location was on the most gorgeous beach.

Nothing, bed could have been slightly comfier but thats a tiny point. We loved everything!

+ very nice restaurant staff, sunset cruise with snacks included in the price, location, sunshade with umbrella

-the hotel is old with doors that are not airtight and therefore not noise-proof, there are holes in the walls so you sleep with lizards which are shy but wake you up in the morning, in addition the rooms are quite dirty, so expect ants, spiders and other animals also, the sunset cruise was great, but for snorkeling they took us somewhere where there were no fish, there is a lot of food but unfortunately it is at the expense of its quality, you don't swim very much on the beach, very expensive

Good price/value hotel

The beach was nice, loved the stingrays and the tortoise island. The dinner was surprisingly good.

Breakfast could be better and the breakfast supervisor should not be allowed near the guests. When i fixed the broken leg of the table by putting my naphin under it, rather than saying sorry sir for not doing my job properly, let me help you or give you another table he said sir it is not allowed then he added it was good in the morning. Really? Breakfast starts at 7 am and all this happened at 7.40 for which i am pretty sure i was the first one that morning. Never ever said hello but he was good at making faces.

Nice. But, I would likely not return to this particular hotel.

The beach was lovely for long strolls and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was good. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Dinner was amazing with a huge, delicious selection of food. Friendly staff.

There was quite a bit of seaweed right in front of the hotel which takes away some of the beauty of the beach. For the cost of the room with half board (breakfast/dinner) $$$$ - drinks should be included with dinner (my drinks were not good quality) - they even charged for water at dinner and would not allow guests to bring their own water bottle. The pool is small for the size of the resort and generally filled with kids and beach balls - and, there are only about 12 chairs around the pool. The pool is quiet at tea time - nice for adult swim time. I initially did not have phone service in my room which took 2 days to fix. And, I have an inexplicable charge to my credit card which I have made 2 inquiries about to reservations with no response. I want to make sure that I was not charged for the poor quality drinks that were supposed to be removed from my bill. Respectfully, I just need an answer.
