Location was everything- that view!

The location of the resort was the best! The view from the cafe was amazing. It was very quiet, no crazy parties or karaoke which suited our family. Close to snorkling and straight off the beach!

The rooms were run down and damp, simple things like no beach towels were available and no hooks to hang your towels to dry. Both our children picked up gastro here and we don't want to blame it on the food at the resort because kids pick up bugs everywhere but we did choose to walk down the beach and eat elsewhere for the remainder of the holiday. When I emailed the company before the trip they weren't very easy to communicate with- slow responses that didn't always make sense- for the price I was not happy and wouldn't stay here again.

We had a beach front bungalow which was superb. A stones thrown from the beach and breakfast area. The resort is a 15 minute / 100 THB longtail boat ride to the main town so we could easily pop out for dinner, drinks and evening fun but were far enough away to enjoy the peaceful side of the island

Overpriced & basic hotel with a fantastic view.

The beach facing room we booked was truly amazing. The view was amazing, and all you had to do was walk out from the room and cross into the gorgeous water. Also, their staff is warm, helpful and friendly.

For the price we paid, it was a very basic room. While the room was large and visibly clean, we had a lot of small problems. Our flush didnt work very well (we had to complaint thrice), in the other room there was no hot water. Also, they need to disinfect their mattress, pillows and also linen, as all of us got bitten by some bug in their beds. The food at the restaurant was quite average too!

Nicest location

Best location on Phi Phi, in my opinion Long Beach is best in Thailand for its clear waters, white sand, best view and sunset and quiet laid down mood. Pretty good food also at the restaurant of the resort. Varied breakfast, rooms with AC, good massage near the beach and hotel staff friendly.

Rooms felt the same as they were 16 years ago when we went there 1st time, except they now had AC. So a bit old, un-finished (not-thoroughly -cleaned-kind-of-look) , but all in all , it was a very good stay. Also the restaurant tables and chairs could be better ( very bulky and prone to hurting your legs into them)
