Stay at the back ...

I got this last minute and didn't research it well. It's close to Echo Beach. The rooms at the back by the Pools all look great.

Street noise and horrible music from the Sports Bar over the road till 11pm.. loud and bad cover versions doing my head in.

Hotel in heavy need of renovation

Near to the beach and stores

Electric disruption twice, elevator not working over night once, Wifi is very bad, 1.5 mbit download to europe, lagging a lot, not enough for video calls. Drilling once! No fridge in upgraded "de luxe room". Avoid this hotel if u plan to stay in the room longer than just sleeping. Nowhere to rinse the sandy feet from the beach. Small pools!

Overall nice experience and good location

We had the king room with pool view and kids had superior twin rooms. All were good size with clean facilities. Choices for breakfast were all delish.

Good room very close to the beach

The hotel is very close to the beach. we saw beautiful sunset. The staff were very friendly. They provided some welcome drinks.

It was little bit noisy at night because of road and music in nearest cafes but I switched on sleeping music and was sleeping well

Close to the beach, nice rooms with almost private swimming pool.

The rooms next to the swimming pool are wonderful. You can just wake up and jump into it. The breakfast is included and you get to choose several options. We visited in December and there were almost no people using the pool which was fantastic. The place is very convenient, is very close the the beach, and there are restaurants and shops around. At reception they help you with everyhting you need, also if yoy need to rent a bike. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We chose one of the cheapest rooms at first and we could see that they needed a bit of an update in terms of bathroom fixtures, as they were a bit rusty due to the humidity (well is a humid country) and the room felt a bit "sad" as the window has views to the "not so nice" part of the town, but overall nice and clean. When we upgraded to the rooms next to the pool the rooms were fantastic. Is worth it to get one of these instead. Tip to the management: get pillows less thick, our neck hurt because they are so big. Also the rooms with open bathrooms we could've used an anti-mosquito plug in. the open bathroom as is very humid atracts a lot of mosquitos and if don't pay attention and close the bathroom door you get all bitten up during the night.

Disappointing - would not recommend

Location to beach was good

If you enjoy being made to feel like an untrustworthy criminal or child, please book. After an incredible holiday in other places around Bali, this was a bitter disappointment for our last night in Bali. Read the T&Cs carefully because terms and conditions come with everything in the place. From being made to sign for everything in the room (it was very sparse, basic and not cleaned well - I had my own beach near my bed) and everything being checked before leaving incase we had stolen something, such as a face towel, in which case we would be charged. To everything being complicated and convoluted! I would not recommend and will never stay again.
